This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions and services purchased through the S2B Enterprises website are billed, canceled, and refunded.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
Some services are offered on a recurring basis and are billed automatically each billing period (weekly or monthly, as shown at checkout) until canceled. The price and billing frequency are shown before you confirm your purchase.
Canceling your subscription
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. To cancel, contact us at info@s2benterprises.com or by phone at (702) 901-2096. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your service continues through the end of the current paid period; you are not billed again after you cancel.
Refunds
Recurring fees already billed for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, or a service was not delivered as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review the request and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
Custom or completed work
Where services have already been performed or delivered — including custom, one-time, or fund-development engagements — fees for completed work are non-refundable.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
